Recently, a vote was taken that would limit the number of homeowners serving on the board to only one resident per home. Approximately 30% of eligible homeowners submitted ballots, with 476 ballots being cast. There were 351 votes cast in approval and 125 votes cast in opposition. The proposal has passed with a 73.7% approval.
